This is to inform all stakeholders that the name of the Company has been changed from Accord Transformer & Switchgear Private Limited to Accord Transformer & Switchgear Limited, pursuant to its conversion from a Private Limited Company to a Public Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

The Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has issued a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 04 December 2024, certifying the change in name consequent upon conversion.

Accordingly, with effect from 04 December 2024, the official name of the Company stands changed to Accord Transformer & Switchgear Limited.
