He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University. With over 20 years of experience spanning design, engineering, operations management, and product and business development, he has held leadership roles across the transformer and switchgear manufacturing industry at both national and international levels. As Chairman and Managing Director, he steers the Company’s overall growth strategy, drives operational efficiency, strengthens its market position, and creates long-term value for all stakeholders.

Ms. Shalini Singh, aged 45, is the Promoter and Whole-Time Director of Accord Transformer & Switchgear Limited and has been associated with the Company since 2015. She brings over 10 years of experience in strategic leadership and operational management, with a strong focus on the manufacturing sector. She oversees the Company’s operations, including production processes, quality standards, and operational efficiency in transformer and switchgear manufacturing.
Mr. Dipakkumar Chandrakantbhai Thakkar, aged 59, is an Independent Director of Accord Transformer & Switchgear Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Sardar Patel University and an MBA in Finance from Gujarat University. He brings over 10 years of experience in the power distribution sector, including distribution system design, engineering and planning, operations, business development, supply chain management, quality management, metering, smart grid, digital transformation, asset management, business process re-engineering, business excellence, EHS, and integrated management systems. He has previously served as Vice President at Torrent Power Limited.
